I think Lazada Philippines has picked up on my frequent purchases from their website in the past couple of months. They might have also seen a couple of posts from here about their shop, which were mostly of good feedback, as opposed to the thousands of bad comments they get every day.
But.. it’s just… at the time, the prices of these were just too irresistible NOT to purchase them. Better now than never? LOLJK

None of my comments were made-up, though. I really have yet to experience a bad transaction with them, and let’s hope that never happens. And I have not had any problems with shipping time. My orders always arrive within the 24hr timeframe.

Lazada’s website also went through a major site overhaul. The colors are dull compared to the previous design but somehow I like it more. Well, the choice of fonts is better now. Haha! Wait, all the other Lazada websites look the same as this one.

I didn’t know they’re receiving bad reviews. I’m a frequent shopper of Lazada and Zalora and all of the transactions are smooth and successful. Even in returns, I don’t have complains. In fact, I’m happy that Lazada offers money returns. Unlike other online shopping stores that returns are in form of vouchers.
Whew, I’m glad it’s not just me who has the same experience! Yep, last time I checked.. when you google, the bad feedback usually pops on the first page. 🙁 I’ve yet to encounter a bad transaction that would result in having a refund be processed, hope that never happens.
The most recent I heard was from a friend’s delayed Zalora order, but she’s outside Metro Manila. Maybe she got it a few days after naman. I hope so.
