My friend Clarizze had an exhibit along with her classmates from portfolio class last week. Since she went to my exhibit last August, I decided to pay back the favor and go to hers, too. I went on the 2nd and 3rd day to see what the fuss was about. 😛
Basically the setup is similar to the kind of exhibit I had: A class organizes an exhibit for the whole term that will feature around 3-5 best works from each student showcasing their skills in MMA (Multimedia Arts) program. They have the freedom to decide where to hold the exhibit and design the site whatever look they want, as long as they don’t go over the budget (?).
I realized I didn’t take much photos and to think I went there twice.. hay. Well, I hope you like what I have to show here, anyway. 🙂 Photo dump after the jump!
It’s a staple that in every exhibit, you’ll find their business cards next to their featured artworks. Here’s some of my favorites. It’s either I was convinced to pick up their business card because a) they’re a friend, b) I like their work, c) their business card is very pretty. I resent that the our exhibit was a little disorganized so my business cards weren’t seen much by the visitors. 😐 I still have a lot here, btw!
This one by Hannah is rather straight to the point and funny.
Up next are photos of the artworks that I liked. 😀 Take note of some of the names from the business posted previously cause you’ll see them again. 🙂
Unfortunately the artwork photos ends here. Ugh, I thought I had photos from the artworks from other exhibitors.. I really thought I did, but turns out I didn’t. 🙁 Oh well.
Lastly, photos with friends and people from the exhibit. I only have a few in my camera. I think Clarizze has the better photos lol.
I hate wearing that slim Converse shoes because they’re too fit. I can’t wear them with socks, or stockings (for that fashiony look lol). 🙁 But I had to wear it or else my purchase would be a total waste. If only I can sell it, I would! Apparently, not many people have small feet like I do. T__T
