This past week has been a very busy week for us SDA students at CSB. Majority of the kids were doing preparations for the upcoming exhibit entitled Flux: An Exhibit of Transitions. Check out the link for more info on how to get there and sign up on their guest list so you won’t have any problems when you’re there.
Aside from that major exhibit, there are other on-going exhibits around the building. There’s the photography exhibit from various photography classes on the 11th floor, and some paintings artwork from selected students on the 12th floor (hallway-cafeteria area).
As of this writing, the Flux exhibit has already started yesterday. Props to my batchmates involved in that exhibit and congratulations!! 😀 This was also featured on Spot.PH (too lazy to get the link, and one of hte Magic 89.9 DJs tweeted about it. The exhibit showcases works from 140++ MMA students (imagine how many pretty artworks/prints you will see there). Try to drop by if you have the time!
Lol. Oh yeah, if you’re one who’s curious to see the SDA building (or dying~ to go in there) but you’re not a student.. this is your chance! I think (not 100% sure) you can get in because this exhibit is open for the public, as long as you fill out their form at the website or notify someone from there (or.. me!). Abuse the free privilege while you still can! Hahahah, JK! It’s absolutely free, too. No need to pay for anything, they just want your name in their guestbook.
I will go and take a look-see this Monday before my class at 6pm. 🙂 My friends are part of this exhibit too so that’s why I’m gonna go there and see what the commotion is about. And I’m supposedly going again on Tue with the gang.
I’m pretty nervous now for my own Portfolio class next term because we have to do an exhibit too. What if no one comes to our exhibit? What if it doesn’t live up to the expectation of others? Actually, this is a requirement before we can even graduate. That and our thesis.. which I am trying to finish (85% progress at least) since Sunday last week. Totes think I won’t make it. 🙁
Jesus, so much pressure.
Can I count on your attendance to attend our class exhibit next term?
